Veronica Hearst


Veronica Hearst is a renowned woman in the American high society because of her active involvement with social work and numerous charitable organizations. This charming lady possesses an intellectual personality and can converse in seven different languages. She has a natural flare fashion and a deep love for arts. She wants to work to eliminate the evil of hunger from the American society and has established the American Hunger Alliance for the same purpose.

Veronica Hearst has also chaired the Americans for the Arts (AFTA) since 1998 and it is under her dynamic personality that the organization is working to increase people’s awareness about arts and is providing them with various opportunities in the same field. Her devotion to the field of arts is confirmed by the success of this organization. She has also led the national awards program for AFTA which works to recognize the talents of people in the fields of arts, education, philanthropy, advocacy and corporate giving.

 She is also a devoted and a founding member of the Metropolitan Museum of Arts, photography committee for the past 15 years and has also helped in the restoration of the Walker Evans Archive at the MetropolitanMuseum of Art, the most endangered historic site in the US.

Veronica Hearst is also an active member of the White House Millennium Council which works solely for the purpose of the preservation of the US history, culture, and scientific achievements today for the future generations to come. Her services for the society are too great to be not appreciated.
