She wants to eliminate hunger and starvation from the community and it is because of this that she established the American Hunger Alliance (AHA) which aims to provide food and sustenance to the needy without any differences. She is working tirelessly to involve the masses with her in her fight against hunger. She believes this evil cannot be fought off without unity.

She believes the youth to be the success of the nation and views that a well fed younger generation will be able to strengthen the community. According to her kids who are well fed have the capability to outwit other with lack of nutrition when it comes to scholastics. Veronica Hearst believes in a healthier body for successful and healthier thoughts. She is operating effectively to decrease lack of nutrition amongst kids under the age of 4 and views that it will prove to be more beneficial in the long run.

She has an exclusive viewpoint for progression of the US. With AHA she is operating relentlessly to feed the needy and focuses on the nutritional needs of growing children. With her initiatives the day when all will have a full stomach is not a distant dream.
